2025 Fall Freshmen Orientation Schedule

*All first-time freshmen and commuters are required to attend.*

5:30 pm – 6:30 pm Gate and Picture Ceremony Front Lawn

8:00 pm – 9:00 pm Ice Cream Social The Nightly/NIX
9:00 pm – 11:00 pm Capture the Flag Front Lawn

To move into campus housing on your designated day and time, ALL STUDENTS will need to receive full clearance from Registrar, Financial Aid, and Business Office.  To receive full clearance, students meet the following criteria:

  • Register for at least 12 credit hours.
  • Complete all required Financial Aid documents.
  • Set up a payment plan or pay the bill in full through the Business Office.

You will receive an email with a link to sign up for a move-in time on your designated day.  Move-in times are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Only students that receive full clearance on or by move-in day will be able to move into on-campus housing.  Please contact the appropriate office to ensure you are adequately cleared.
