Undergraduate Admission

First Time Freshman

You’re a first time freshman if you are planning to attend TMU on campus for the first time.

  1. Apply to TMU online or download, print and mail a paper application to us.
  2. Submit one of the following:
    1. High school transcript
    2. Homeschool program transcript with a Declaration of Intent
    3. GED
  3. If you are currently enrolled in a Dual Enrollment Program:
    1. Submit College transcript from the institution in which you are currently enrolled. If that is TMU, indicate on application for admission.
  4. Submit one of the following:
    1. SAT score
    2. ACT score
    3. CLT score

Transfer Student

You’re a transfer student if you plan to attend TMU on campus and have previously attended another college or university as a degree seeking student (not dual enrolled).

  1. Apply to TMU online or download, print and mail a paper application to us.
  2. If you have earned 29 hours or less of credits at a previous and/or current institution,
    1. Submit one of the following:
      1. Transcripts from all institutions previously attended
      2. High school transcript or home school program transcript with a Declaration of Intent or GED
    2. Submit one of the following:
      1. SAT score
      2. ACT score
      3. CLT score
  1. If you have earned 30 hours or more of college credit at a previous and/or current institution, submit all transcripts from those institutions.

International Student

You’re an international student if you plan to attend TMU on campus and are not a citizen of the United States.

Re-Admitted Student

You’re a re-admitted student if you plan to attend TMU on campus and were previously enrolled at TMU.

  1. Apply to TMU online or download, print and mail a paper application to us.
  2. Send transcripts from any institution attended during absence from TMU.

Non-Degree Seeking Student

You’re a non-degree seeking student if you plan to attend TMU as either an auditing student or transient student.

  1. Apply to TMU online or download, print and mail a paper application to us.
  2. Submit transcripts from previously attended institutions.
