Sewell Residence Hall
The newly renovated Sewell Hall accommodates 74 males on two floors. Each floor has a newly renovated bathroom that is shared by all residents. The rooms include air conditioning, internet, YouTube TV capability, and wood furniture. There is a shared lobby and microwave located on the first floor. Laundry facilities are on the first floor as well. Sewell is located off the main drive, making it close in proximity to most of the major facilities on campus.
Wood Hall
Wood Hall houses 162 students in suite-style rooms. Each four-person suite consists of two bedrooms and one bathroom. A common area is located on each of the three floors with TVs, couches, and elevator access. Rooms include air conditioning, internet, YouTube TV capability, and wood furniture.
Otwell Residence Hall
Otwell Hall accommodates 64 women on two floors. Each floor has a newly renovated bathroom that is shared by all residents. The rooms include air conditioning, internet, YouTube TV capability, and wood furniture. There are a shared lobby and microwave located on the first floor. Laundry facilities are located on the first floor as well. Otwell is located off the main drive, making it close in proximity to most of the major facilities on campus.
Garrison Residence Hall
Garrison Hall accommodates 60 men on two floors. Each floor has a newly renovated bathroom that is shared by all residents. The rooms include air conditioning, internet, YouTube TV capability, and wood furniture. There is a shared lobby with a microwave and ping-pong table located on the first floor. Laundry facilities are located on the second floor. Garrison is located off the main drive, making it close in proximity to most of the major facilities on campus.
Merritt Residence Hall
Merritt Hall accommodates 60 females on two floors. Each floor has a newly renovated bathroom that is shared by all residents. Laundry facilities are located on the second floor. The rooms include air conditioning, internet, YouTube TV capability, and wood furniture. There is a shared lobby and microwave located on the first floor. Merritt is adjacent to the Miller Administrative Building
Cleveland Courts
Cleveland Courts accommodate 98 students, in suite-style living. Each six-person suite consists of two bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs and one bedroom with a bathroom and common area downstairs. Rooms include air conditioning, internet, YouTube TV capability, and wood furniture.
Twin Springs Apartments
Twin Springs apartments are located on the edge of the main campus and are reserved for upper-level students. The apartments offer 2 bedrooms, 2 ½ baths, a living room, a full kitchen with a dining area, as well as a washer/dryer hookup and utilities. Rooms include air conditioning, internet, YouTube TV capability, and wood furniture.
Heritage Condos
Heritage Condos are located on the edge of the main campus and are limited to upperclassmen. The condos accommodate 7 students each, offering 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a living room, full kitchen with dining area, and washer/dryer hookup and utilities. Rooms include air conditioning, internet, YouTube TV capability, and wood furniture.

Linens (bedding and towels), alarm clock, connection for YouTube TV, wastebaskets, bookshelves, iron, surge protector, laundry basket or sack, toiletries, desk chair, and clothing for various weather conditions.

Drying rack, small tools (hammer, crescent wrench, etc.), television/DVD, mattress pad for bed, storage crates, window coverings, radio/stereo, lamp, mini-refrigerator, a computer and printer (there is also a computer lab in the Nix Student Center).
Electrical Appliances
State health and fire regulations prohibit cooking in individual rooms of the traditional residence halls. Microwaves are provided in the common areas of each residence hall. There are washers and dryers provided in each residence hall. Laundry service is provided free of charge.
Included Furniture
Each bedroom in the residence halls includes two of each of the following: twin size beds and mattresses, desks, three-drawer chests, and closet units.
Renter’s Insurance
TMU is not responsible for the personal belongings of individual students in the residence halls. All students should purchase a renter’s insurance policy to cover their belongings against accidental damage, theft, natural disasters, and other occurrences.
