Our residence halls are more than a place to sleep and store your things, they are a large part of your experience at TMU and likely where you will make some of your best friendship and memories.

Residence Halls

Sewell Residence Hall The newly renovated Sewell Hall accommodates 74 males on two floors.  Each floor has a newly renovated bathroom that is shared by all residents.  The rooms include air conditioning, internet, YouTube TV capability, and wood furniture. There is a shared lobby and microwave located on the first floor. Laundry facilities are on the first floor as well. Sewell is located off the main drive, making it close in proximity to most of the major facilities on campus.

 

Garrison Residence Hall Garrison Hall accommodates 60 men on two floors. Each floor has a newly renovated bathroom that is shared by all residents.  The rooms include air conditioning, internet, YouTube TV capability, and wood furniture. There is a shared lobby with a microwave and ping-pong table located on the first floor. Laundry facilities are located on the second floor. Garrison is located off the main drive, making it close in proximity to most of the major facilities on campus.

 

Otwell Residence Hall Otwell Hall accommodates 64 women on two floors. Each floor has a newly renovated bathroom that is shared by all residents.  The rooms include air conditioning, internet, YouTube TV capability, and wood furniture. There are a shared lobby and microwave located on the first floor. Laundry facilities are located on the first floor as well. Otwell is located off the main drive, making it close in proximity to most of the major facilities on campus.

 

Merritt Residence Hall Merritt Hall accommodates 60 females on two floors. Each floor has a newly renovated bathroom that is shared by all residents.  Laundry facilities are located on the second floor. The rooms include air conditioning, internet, YouTube TV capability, and wood furniture. There is a shared lobby and microwave located on the first floor. Merritt is adjacent to the Miller Administrative Building

 

Wood Hall Wood Hall houses 162 females in suite-style rooms. Each four-person suite consists of two bedrooms and one bathroom.  A common area is located on each of the three floors with TVs, couches, and elevator access. Rooms include air conditioning, internet, YouTube TV capability, and wood furniture.

 

Cleveland Courts Cleveland Courts accommodate 98 men, in suite-style living. Each six-person suite consists of two bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs and one bedroom with a bathroom and common area downstairs.  Rooms include air conditioning, internet, YouTube TV capability, and wood furniture.

Twin Springs Apartments Twin Springs apartments are located on the edge of the main campus and are reserved for upper-level female students. The apartments offer 2 bedrooms, 2 ½ baths, a living room, a full kitchen with a dining area, as well as a washer/dryer hookup and utilities. Rooms include air conditioning, internet, YouTube TV capability, and wood furniture.Twin Springs Apartments

 

Heritage Condos Heritage Condos are located on the edge of the main campus and are limited to upperclassmen men.  The condos accommodate 7 students each, offering 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a living room, full kitchen with dining area, and washer/dryer hookup and utilities.  Rooms include air conditioning, internet, YouTube TV capability, and wood furniture.
