Cleveland, GA – Truett McConnell University (TMU) is excited to welcome Dr. Toni Barnett as our new Dean for the Martha Rielin and Elizabeth Salmen School of Nursing.
Dr. Barnett has her Ph.D. in nursing from Georgia State University and has taught at numerous institutions including Kennesaw State, Albany State, and University of North Georgia (UNG). Dr. Barnett served on the Georgia Board of Nursing and as an Accreditation Program Evaluation for Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing, the Georgia Baptist Health Foundation Board (2005-2010), the Truett McConnell University Board of Trustees (2003-2009), and the TMU Presidential Search Committee (2007). Dr. Barnett brings a wealth of knowledge and classroom experience to our already excellent faculty.
