Cleveland, GA (November 05, 2010) – Truett-McConnell College has named Ronald Trotman as the recipient of the 2010 Outstanding TMC Alumnus Award.

The Alumni Association Executive Committee elected Ronald Trotman as the recipient because they felt that he deserved the award. Trotman has always been an outstanding supporter of Truett-McConnell College, both with financial contributions and service to the school. He is also a past president of the Alumni Association and continues to serve currently on the Alumni Executive Committee.

Trotman is a strong Christian man, who has been a leader in his church for many years. He exhibits an unusual strength of character and spirit, both in his career in the military service of the United States and now as he deals with a limiting physical condition with grace.

His leadership is also without question. In his career of service in the United States Air Force, he reached the rank of full colonel and since his retirement, he has owned and operated an insurance agency.

Truett-McConnell College congratulates Ronald Trotman for this honor. He is a very deserving recipient of the 2010 Outstanding TMC Alumnus Award.

The mission of Truett-McConnell College is to equip students to make a positive impact for Christ through disciplined scholarship and Christian discipleship. For more information about Truett-McConnell College call 706-865-2134 or visit us online at www.truett.edu
