Join us on the journey of wellness.
We invite students to join us on a journey to strengthen the body, challenge the mind, fortify the spirit, and encourage the soul. We provide recreational facilities as well as a wide variety of programs and services to encourage the TMU community to develop and enjoy an active and healthy God honoring lifestyle.
