Truett McConnell University (TMU) announces the new Master of Arts in Christian Ministry program within the Balthasar Hubmaier School of Theology and Missions for the fall. This 39-hour program is designed to equip students with a deep understanding of the Bible and Christian theology, as well as practical ministry skills.
Graduates of the Master of Arts in Christian Ministry program will be well-prepared for a variety of career paths, including pastoral ministry, non-profit leadership, missions work, and chaplaincy. Additionally, this degree can serve as a solid foundation for further study in ministry-related doctoral programs.
The curriculum for this program is comprehensive and covers a broad range of topics essential to effective Christian ministry. Coursework includes studies in the historical and cultural background of the Bible, interpretation methods, theological themes of the Bible, Christian doctrine, the history of theology, contemporary ethical issues facing the Church, ministry leadership, contextual studies, and spiritual formation.
