Cleveland, Ga. – Truett McConnell University (TMU) Assistant Professor of Behavioral Science, Dr. Natalie Ford, will hold a Survivors of Suicide (SOS) Group on Thursday, November 15 at The Bridge Church in Cleveland.
“Suicide grief is different,” Ford says. “Regret, shame, and guilt are just a few of the struggles that survivors try to cope with on a daily basis. The SOS support group allows survivors to connect with other survivors in a safe place. It’s a big help for them.”
Any who have lost a loved one due to suicide are encouraged to come to the monthly meetings every third Thursday at 6:30pm.
