Cleveland, Ga. – Truett McConnell University (TMU) is pleased to announce a new scholarship opportunity available to Habersham Central High School graduates who complete the Habersham Christian Learning Center [HCLC] program.
According to Truitt Franklin, TMU Director of Financial Aid, the inaugural scholarship will be offered to TMU students who graduate from Habersham Central and complete 3 or more HCLC courses with a course grade average of 90 or above. The awarded amount of $1,250 per semester (fall and spring semesters) may be obtained for four years.
“The Habersham Christian Learning Center is very excited that Truett McConnell University is offering this scholarship to our students,” shared Amy Walker, HCLC Executive Director. “We appreciate TMU’s confidence in the HCLC program and will encourage our students to take advantage of this incredible opportunity.”
Interested applicants should provide a copy of the HCLC certificate of completion to the TMU Financial Aid office. The scholarship will be offered to all eligible 2018 graduates.
