The Truett McConnell University athletic department is excited to announce the Hall of Fame class of 2025. The class will feature three individuals, Buffie Burson, Mickey Cobb, and Scott Whitlock.

(Special Event for Married Alumni of TMU)

The Alumni Office at TMU is thrilled to host “TRUEtt LOVE – A Marriage Celebration.” This FREE special event is designed to honor and celebrate God’s gift of marriage for couples where both partners attended Truett McConnell.

• 8:30 AM – Couple registration at Sewell-Plunket Hall (the Chapel), light continental breakfast, and time to reconnect.
• 9:00 AM – Guest Speakers: Harris & Phyllis Malcom – Session 1
• Bios: Truett McConnell married alumni, Harris and Phyllis Malcom were cast as the married couple, Mr. and Mrs. Holt, in the 2008 Christian film Fireproof.
• 9:45 AM – TMU “Newlywed” Game: Join us for a fun and nostalgic twist featuring couples from different eras of TMU history.
• 10:45 AM – Alumni Association Update by Dr. Stacy Hall, VP for Advancement.
• 11:00 AM – Guest Speakers: Harris & Phyllis Malcom – Session 2
• 11:45 AM – Vow Renewal at the Cross and dismissal to Harris Athletic Complex (HAC) for free alumni luncheon presented by North East Georgia Health System

Celebrate your love with a special Vow Renewal ceremony at The Cross on TMU’s campus. While participation is optional, this meaningful opportunity is available to all attendees who wish to join.

10:00 AM – Prospective Student Preview Day

Prospective students will be able to tour campus, talk with Admissions and Financial Aid, meet professors, and so much more! Upon registration, prospective students will receive 1 free Josiah Queen concert ticket for the evening. Additional tickets can be purchased below.

• 1:00 PM – Campus tours with admissions counselors

12:00 PM – Alumni Friends & Family Luncheon

Sponsored by Northeast Georgia Health System, this free luncheon in the Harris Athletic Complex (HAC) is open to all alumni and their families. Special performances by the TMU School of Music and Prize Giveaways.

1:00/4:00 PM – TMU Baseball vs. Montreat College (DH)

4:00 PM – Youth Evangelism Event (HAC doors open at 3PM)

Free event in the Harris Athletic Complex (HAC) with Guest Speaker Eric Helms from Driven to Encourage Ministries.

Driven to Encourage Ministries is a beacon of inspiration and guidance for the young hearts in middle schools and high schools in the southeast.
