Biography

Yvette McCrae serves as the Director of Career Services and Student Success. She is passionate about helping students explore their interests, set meaningful goals, and gain the skills needed to succeed academically, professionally, and personally. Yvette guides students as they discover their passions, build confidence, and prepare to make an impact beyond the classroom. She coordinates internships, oversees career preparation programs, and provides individualized coaching to support student growth. By partnering with faculty, employers, and community organizations, she works to create real-world opportunities that help students gain experience, develop character, and navigate life and career pathways with confidence.
