Dr. Tyndall teaches Wind Ensemble, Jazz Ensemble, various chamber ensembles, and ROAR! Indoor Marching Ensemble. Additionally, Dr. Tyndall teaches music education and music methods classes, and serves as the supervising professor for education interns.

Biography

Dr. Steven Tyndall serves as professor of Instrumental Music and Music Education.

Dr. Tyndall received his Bachelors of Science in Music Education form Jacksonville State University (Al), the Masters of Music Education from West Georgia College, and the Doctor of Education from The University of Alabama. Prior to his appointment to Truett McConnell University Dr. Tyndall taught instrumental music (band) in Georgia for 26 years.
