Biography
Phillip Arthur Simmons is an award-winning film composer from Griffin, Georgia. He is the founder and owner of PAS Music and PAS Music Studio Publishing, a music production studio and publishing label specializing in film scores and other original compositions. Simmons serves academically as a music professor and film scoring lecturer.
