Biography

After earning her Master of Divinity in Biblical Languages (MDIVBL) from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, Kamille Gauntt joined her husband, Kenneth, in youth ministry and also served as the Executive Director for a group of Crisis Pregnancy Centers in Northern Kentucky before entering the field of education.
With over 17 years of experience in higher education, she joined Truett McConnell University in May 2019 as Registrar. In 2021, she began teaching all sections of TM 100, Pathfinders. She looks forward to teaching this course each semester, as it allows her to interact with TMU’s new students, learn their stories, and witness their passion for the Lord firsthand.
In 2022, she was promoted to Associate Vice President for Academic Operations, adding leadership of Dual Enrollment and Student Success to her duties. In 2025, she was honored to officially join the faculty as Assistant Professor.
Throughout every stage of her career, she has seen God’s hand preparing her for this season of service at TMU. She loves the University, and she counts it a privilege to work with her team and help guide students as they grow spiritually, academically, and personally in pursuit of God’s calling on their lives.
Above all Kamille counts as her greatest blessing and accomplishment being mother to her two grown sons, Kaleb and Keegan, who both love Jesus and strive to serve Him using the gifts and talents He has given them.
