A prolific writer, Dr. Caner has written or contributed to 21 books about various topics, including Islam, persecution, religious liberty, ecclesiology, Baptist history, and apologetics. Unveiling Islam, which received the Gold Medallion Book of the Year award, has sold nearly 200,000 copies, while More Than a Prophet was a finalist for Book of the Year in Evangelism for Outreach magazine.

Biography

Dr. Emir Caner is President of Truett McConnell University. Since 2008, the University, built upon an Anabaptist vision of fulfilling the Great Commission through the Great Commandment, has septupled in enrollment, establishing nine schools, four master’s degrees, and thirteen online degree programs. He is the host of the syndicated program, “The Emir Caner Show,” and has published or contributed to 24 books which have sold more than 300,000 copies. His bestseller, Unveiling Islam, won the Gold Medallion Book of the Year award. Over the past twenty years, Dr. Caner has preached in nearly 1,000 churches. His wife, Hana, was raised under the oppression of Communism, and speaks on the ills of socialism and communism.
