Advising and pre-registration for the spring 2017 semester will begin Monday, October 17th.  You may begin reserving advisement appointments with your advisor on Wednesday, October 12th. Advisors will post available appointment times outside their office doors.  If you are unsure who your advisor is, please see the information below.  The sign-up sheet will include dates and appointment times from October 17th  to November 4th.

If you have a STOP on your account with any office on campus, you will not be allowed to register for classes.  However, we strongly encourage you to go ahead and meet with your advisor to choose classes for spring semester.  This will allow you to register in Self Service once the has been removed.  Your advisor will help you begin a degree check sheet for your major so that you can easily see the classes you have completed and the ones that are remaining for degree completion.

How do you determine if you have a STOP on your account?

  • Log into Self Service
  • Click on the Register Tab
  • Click on Traditional Courses
  • You will see the STOP and which office has placed the STOP

How do I find out who my advisor is?

  • Log into Self Service
  • View your current fall 2016 schedule
  • Scroll to bottom of schedule and you will see your advisor listed
