Rev. Ridley Barron spoke a vital truth into the lives of students, staff, and faculty of Truett-McConnell College this morning as he expounded on the importance of forgiveness. He brought a compelling message about ridding ourselves of the bitterness we hold inside our hearts towards those who have wronged us. In order for God to be glorified through our lives, we must purpose within our hearts to forgive and also to put that forgiveness into action. Hebrews 12:15 states “See to it that no one comes short of the grace of God; that no root of bitterness springing up causes trouble, and by it many be defiled;”
