Get your flu shots at the Cleveland Worship Center Fellowship Hall by the TMU Nursing School.

We accept and can file the following insurances:

Aetna, BC/BS, Coventry, Cigna, United Health Care, Medicaid and Medicare. You must BRING a copy of your insurance card if you want to bill your insurance.  We will accept credit cards or $25.00 cash.  We do not take checks.
