What do I need to bring?
Overnight guests will need to bring a pillow, sleeping bag (or twin extra-long sheets as each student will have a bed), and a towel, as well as any personal items and toiletries. Dress will be casual; however, make sure you have appropriate attire for playing games, rain, and cool weather.
When do I need to be there?
Check in is from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. on Friday, October 21st. Overnight events begin at 10:00 a.m. Parents are encouraged to stay on campus for the campus tour and lunch on Friday.
What time does the event end?
Student pick-up is from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Saturday October 22nd. Parents and students are encouraged to schedule a meeting with the Financial Aid and/or Admissions Offices from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Saturday.
Can I meet with a coach during the event?
Yes! Friday afternoon includes built in time for coach and/or faculty meetings with students. The Office of Admissions will schedule these meetings based on the information you provide in the event registration form.
Where will I sleep?
Housing accommodations are only provided for the accepted student. Female students will be housed in one of our female dorms, while male students will be housed in one of our male dorms. Parents and other guests wishing to attend will need to make separate arrangements. A list of local accommodations is provided for your convenience.
Can my parents attend?
Parents are encouraged to stay on campus for the campus tour and lunch on Friday. Additionally, parents and students are encouraged to schedule a meeting with the Financial Aid and/or Admissions Offices from 1 PM to 3 PM on Saturday after student pick-up. You will have the opportunity to schedule this meeting upon submission of the Registration Confirmation form (will be sent to registered participants).
What if I am delayed or need to cancel my overnight visit?

Is there a cost to attend the event?
No! This year, students are not required to pay an event registration fee. All students will receive a TMU t-shirt for attending.
