Truett-McConnell College intends to admit those selected applicants who have demonstrated that they are capable of satisfactorily completing the academic requirements of the College. Truett-McConnell College seeks to accept only those individuals whose personality and character make them suitable for admission. In compliance with federal law, including provisions of Title IX of the Educational Amendments of 1972 and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, Truett-McConnell College does not illegally discriminate on the basis of race, sex, color, national or ethnic origin, age, disability, or military service in its administration of education policies, programs, or activities; admissions policies; or employment. Under federal law, the College may discriminate on the basis of religion in order to fulfill its purposes. Any student who enrolls for credit in Truett-McConnell courses must meet admissions requirements and be officially accepted to receive credit. Students will be notified by the Office of Admissions when a formal decision about admission status has been made. New students are accepted by Truett-McConnell College at the beginning of each semester of the academic year.
