Division of Nursing Faculty Opening
Position: Full and part time faculty positions in the Division of Nursing
Qualifications: Doctorate degree preferred or Masters in Nursing degree required for potential nursing faculty positions. Candidates with expertise in Psychiatric/Mental Health, Adult/ Family Health, or Community Health are encouraged to apply. The individuals filling these positions must be an active Christian, fully supportive of the Baptist Faith and Message 2000 and the goals and objectives of the institution. The successful candidates must teach from a Christian Worldview and set a Christian example for the students.
Rank and Salary: Commensurate with professional background and experience.
Responsibilities: There are two positions available: One full-time position and one part-time position. Initial approval has been granted by the Georgia Board of Nursing for the BSN program with a Minor in the Great Commission (Missions) and is scheduled for implementation in the fall of 2013. The institution desires this person to help complete the development of the BSN program and to set up the new facilities for the Division of Nursing.
General Information: Truett-McConnell is a private, four year liberal arts college affiliated with the Georgia Baptist Convention. The campus is located approximately 75 miles NE of Atlanta, in the scenic foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains.
